At Nigel Davis Solicitors we offer a fixed fee service for most property transactions.
No property transaction is the same and so our fees will reflect the particular requirements of your needs. The fees we offer will vary depending on factors such as the property value, the complexity of the property involved, and the circumstances of the parties to the transaction. The table shown below provides a starting fee level applicable to certain property transactions. Please contact us for fixed fee quotes tailored to your specific transaction. VAT of 20% will be added to all the fees shown below.
The fees involved in any transaction are important and we review our fees on a regular basis, considering clients feedback to ensure we always offer good value for money. Our aim is not to compete with other firms but to provide you with a personal and expert service. Our fees cover all the work required to complete your transaction. If during the transaction there is a new development requiring additional work, we will discuss any change in fees with you to agree a way forward.
