Elizabeth is a Consultant Solicitor in our property department with over 20 years’ property law experience. Rural Derbyshire born and bred she first qualified in a well-respected Derby law firm in 2000 before moving to regional Legal 500 firms working predominantly in commercial property before moving back to her roots and becoming a partner in a local rural practice in the Peak District. She joined Nigel Davis in 2014 and brings to the team a practical and friendly approach and a wealth of experience in rural property matters and property transactions relating to deceased estates and estate planning.
