Heather has been working in the field of criminal law since 1998, having qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She then acquired her Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal Courts) in 2009. Heather has represented hundreds of clients over the years in the criminal/regulatory and motoring sector. Heather has also represented clients at the Court of Appeal in appeals against sentence and was successful in all 3 appeals whilst working at a previous criminal practice. Heather primarily undertakes criminal, regulatory and motoring cases on a private basis.
