DIRECTOR
Director & Solicitor, Oliver Wilson, was raised in a close-knit Staffordshire farming community. He started his working life in the drawing office of an agricultural engineering firm before moving to Greece for some 5 years, where he worked in contract-farming and then later ran his own business. Having by now learned to argue and negotiate in two languages, Oliver then returned to his native Staffordshire to pursue his interest in dispute resolution through law school, before training and qualifying as a solicitor with a leading rural legal practice.
After a spell spent honing his litigation skills with a regional Legal 500 firm, he joined Nigel Davis Solicitors in early 2005 where he has continued to develop and pursue his interest in property, rural, and agricultural, dispute resolution.
Oliver maintains that a robust approach from the outset (whilst always keeping an open mind on compromise) is often the shrewdest and most economic formula for dispute resolution.
Oliver is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
